Please note:

in registration categories with reduced registration cost (Student, Dental Technicians etc.), an official letter/proof of status should be submitted
limited availability due to Pandemic situation
early bird registrations will be accepted until July 11th, 2022, with a reduced registration cost. From July 12th and onwards, registrations will be accepted with the late registration cost
personal checks are not accepted
please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

PAYMENT REGISTRATION

By credit card
You can pay for your registration fee by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal). All payments via credit card will be charged of 3% on the total amount due to the payment circuit policy.
By wire (bank) transfer
If you decide this method of payment, you will received the Bank Transfer Instructions once you have completed the registration.
Please send copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Congress Organizer by email to epa2022@fclassevents.com

In case of payment by wire transfer:
- Payment must be received net of all bank charges.
- Please make sure you include the participant’s name in the wire transfer reference field.

CANCELLATIONS

A refund, less €75.00 Euros administrative fee, will be issued only with a “written cancellation request” received on or before July 31, 2022. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Registration fees will be refunded to person who paid fees, by the same method of payment (i.e. credit card, wire transfer, etc.). In the case of a credit card payment, only to the same credit card used to pay fees. No refunds after July 31, 2022.
All refunds will be processed within two (2) months after the Congress completion.

Access Requirements

In full harmonization with the applicable Health Protocols for the protection against COVID-19, all participants must be fully vaccinated (demonstration of full vaccination certificate upon arrival in the Congress venue) or carry proof of having recovered from Covid-19 . Furthermore, please note that the use of a mask FFP2 and the compliance with hygiene rules are mandatory for all participants entering the congress venue.
